When a homeowner redesigns their kitchen layout, the electrical has to move with it. New cabinets, a new island, a different flow - none of it works if the outlets and lighting are still positioned for the old setup. That's exactly the kind of work we were brought in to handle here.

We relocated outlets to match the new layout and installed a pair of pendant lights to anchor the space. It sounds straightforward, but there's real planning involved. You have to think about where the new fixtures need to land, how the circuits are routed, and whether the existing wiring can support what the homeowner wants. Get that wrong and the finished kitchen looks off - or worse, creates problems down the road.

The pendant installation required positioning each fixture so they'd hang evenly and line up cleanly with the space below. Chrome chain mounts, textured glass shades - these aren't just functional, they're part of the design. Our job is to make sure the electrical side supports that vision without cutting corners on safety or code.

Outlet relocation is one of those details that most people don't think about until they're standing in their new kitchen and realize nothing is where they need it. Moving outlets isn't just about pulling wire. It means working around whatever else is going on in the walls - backer board, tile prep, new framing - and coordinating with the rest of the remodel so nothing has to be redone.

Kitchen electrical remodel work is a big part of what we do. Whether it's lighting placement, outlet positioning, or planning circuits around a whole new layout, we treat the electrical as part of the design - not an afterthought.
